Can Saleta will host a space for co-working, sports innovation and product testing open to those who have a business project in the field of sport who want to make it a reality.
The Calella Sport CityLab is a project promoted by the City of Calella which aims to to highlight sports innovation, experimentation and entrepreneurship and bring together, connect and benefit all public and private agents linked to Calella and its area of influence in the field of sports. The call for companies, entrepreneurs or self-employed is opened.
In order to request the granting of the temporary use of the office modules located in the coworking space of Can Saleta, a series of requirements must be met. Entrepreneurs with a business project related to the sports sectors who undertake to legalize and register it within a maximum period of one year from the date of effective entry into the co-working space can do so. This can also be done by newly established and operating companies who start a new economic activity related to the field of sport (individual projects or in the form of companies with up to five employees). Finally, companies in the process of consolidation are eligible for the allocation of space, with the aim of improving their activity. Interested must submit a specific application with all the documentation required at services and procedures section of the Calella City Council website.
The Calella Sport City Lab offers other services for its users, who can test their products, organize regular meetings, rent meeting rooms and the outdoor terrace to carry out activities and enjoy it as a rest area and social space.
